1 page solo encounter tool, that creates a random experience every time you initiate a battle.
This tool is 1 page and follows three easy steps.
1. Location
- Determine map/hex size, and roll dice to determine location of encounter(s)
2. Obstacle / Cover
- Roll as many times, on the D10 table to add obstacles and cover to your current location
3. Combat Motivation
- Roll on D10 table to create random attack/movement until encounter(s) or Party flee or die.
Examples Posted:
I chose a minimalist approach using this tool. The Legos in the example represent everything found on the D10 Obstacle/Cover table, except for my PCs.
- PC1 = pink
- PC2 = yellow
- Sign Post = brown
- Building = white with/without dots
- Trees = green
- Mountain side = gray
- Pond/Lake = blue
- Enemy Encounter(s) = red
* Please feel free to use whatever you desire for counters; would love to see different examples from the community*
